ECU Archaeology Curation Lab
Overview
Artifacts recovered from sites in eastern North Carolina are kept in a secured, climate-controlled environment and are available for research to qualified scholars. The majority of the collections are housed in the curation room in the Flanagan Building.
Collections that are accessed less often are housed in a secure facility on ECU’s West Research Campus.
